Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.

However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
